One of the hardest parts of running a small business is losing touch with the people and reasons you started the business to begin with, and I know this firsthand. 

When I first opened my natural parenting store, I only knew what kind store I wanted to have, and the types of customers who I wanted to target. I had a dream and when growth hit, I found myself in the office more than on the sale floor. I lost touch with my customers, who came to for support and advice, and I ended up closing my business. 

With the formation of PPS, my goal is to help you prioritize your customers, by allowing you the space to stay personally aligned with your mission and vision statements, while I work in the background to support your business operations.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University and a General Practice Paralegal Certificate from Kaplan University. I began my career in the music industry, where I spent 13 years managing full-cycle licensing operations for thousands of clients, including collections and settlement agreements.

After relocating back to Nebraska, I gained firsthand experience as a small business owner, launching and operating both retail and distribution businesses. That experience shaped my understanding of how easily day-to-day operations can pull focus away from a company’s original vision.

Since 2021, I’ve worked closely with small businesses and startups to support new openings, growth, and ongoing operations. My work includes multi-state entity formation, licensing and permitting, HR system setup, hiring strategies, and long-term operational support to ensure businesses remain compliant as they scale.

I also bring hands-on HR management experience supporting a workforce of over 900 employees in over 20 states, and earned my SHRM-CP certification in 2025.
